In today’s world, children, teens, and young adults are navigating unprecedented levels of stress, anxiety, and disconnection. For those with neurodevelopmental differences—like ADHD, autism, and learning disabilities—or those managing complex medical or neurological conditions, or challenging health needs (PANS/PANDAS, POTS, functional neurological disorders), these challenges can be even more intense, and often misunderstood.
We provide therapy for individuals (typically ages 12–50) who are seeking relief from emotional distress, support in daily functioning, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Our team of psychologists draws from decades of experience in hospitals, schools, colleges, and community settings. We take time to understand your unique experiences and needs—recognizing both your vulnerabilities and your strengths.
Our work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We support clients in making room for difficult emotions, unhooking from self-critical thoughts, and taking action in the direction of their values. Therapy may also include mindfulness-based strategies, self-compassion, and cognitive restructuring—tailored to each client’s developmental and medical context.
We work best with individuals who:
Initial consultations are $250 and include a thorough review of your background and goals. Ongoing 50-minute sessions are $200.
We’re here to help you navigate the hard parts—and build a life that feels more workable and fulfilling.
