1. Professional and Organizational Consultation
Our neuropsychologists provide consultation to healthcare organizations, schools, community programs, industry partners, researchers, and fellow clinicians. Consultation is tailored to the needs of the organization and may include:

Consultation rates start at $150 per hour and vary based on the nature and scope of the engagement. Organizational, industry, and other specialized consulting rates are determined individually.
2. Family Consultation and Record Review
Families do not always need another comprehensive evaluation. Sometimes the next step is understanding the information they already have and determining what to do with it.
Our neuropsychologists can review existing neuropsychological, psychological, educational, and medical records—including evaluation reports, IEPs, and 504 Plans—and meet with families to help clarify findings, identify unanswered questions, and consider appropriate next steps.
Consultation may be particularly helpful when families are trying to understand a diagnosis or evaluation, determine whether additional assessment is warranted, prepare for educational or medical decision-making, or translate existing findings into practical recommendations.
Family consultation and record review are billed at $300 per hour.
