When focus is elusive, deadlines pile up, and motivation disappears, life can feel like a daily uphill climb. For individuals with ADHD or executive functioning challenges, it’s not a matter of trying harder—it’s about learning the right strategies and supports.
Our executive functioning training (“coaching”) and targeted ADHD treatment with a doctoral level psychologist are designed for individuals (ages ~11–50) who want tools that actually work. Whether you’re a middle schooler falling behind on assignments, a college student procrastinating into panic, or an adult drowning in tasks—this structured, skills-based approach offers clarity and momentum.
We focus on:
Our approach integrates ACT-informed strategies (focusing on values and flexibility) with CBT techniques (to identify patterns and change behaviors). These are not cookie-cutter checklists—we adapt tools to each person’s goals, energy levels, and life context.
Coaching length can involve as few as 10-12 sessions, with built-in tracking of goals and progress. However, some clients stay involved longer, depending on need.
We know that executive function challenges are not a character flaw. They’re a mismatch between how your brain works and what the world demands. With the right support, meaningful change is possible.
