Post-Doctoral Fellow
Katelyn Grilli, PsyD, is a Clinical Neuropsychology Post-Doctoral Fellow with training in the assessment of neurological and psychological conditions across the lifespan. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Canisius College, where she was also a member of the women’s soccer team. Dr. Grilli obtained her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, Teachers College, and completed her PsyD at Immaculata University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship training at Neuropsychological Assessment and Therapy Services, LLC, where she conducted comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological evaluations and provided evidence-based interventions to children, teens and adults. Her clinical experience spans a variety of settings and populations, including individuals with ADHD, learning disabilities, concussion, traumatic brain injuries, stroke, and memory impairments. Dr. Felegy also has extensive research experience, including an internship at NYU Langone, where she was involved in the TBI Model Systems Study. A specific area of interest includes student athletes, as her dissertation included surveying college student athletes and perceived barriers to mental health treatment.
Dr. Grilli is passionate about helping individuals understand how brain-based changes affect thinking, emotion, and daily life. She specializes in neuropsychological assessment, diagnostic clarification, and collaborative treatment planning, often integrating cognitive-behavioral strategies into her work. As a post-doctoral fellow, she continues to expand her expertise under the guidance of neuropsychologists, while also staying engaged in research and professional development, as she has served as a student volunteer at multiple AACN and NAN conferences. She was also a winner of the National Academy of Neuropsychology Women in Leadership (WIL) Edith Kaplan Scholarship in 2023. In her free time, Dr. Grilli enjoys traveling, yoga, running, spending time with her husband and golden doodle, Jax, and cheering on the Jacksonville Jaguars football team.
