**UPDATED WITH FEES FOR 2025**
Lower-cost evaluation options available! Ask about reduced-rate services through our post-doctoral fellow.
Fees vary based on the service. We will never include ‘hidden fees.’
We communicate with other providers (therapists, physicians) as well as schools as part of our evaluations at no cost to you. School observations and attendance at school meetings is offered at the hourly rate of $300/hour. Travel time may also apply. Additionally, each evaluation includes one 50-minute feedback session. Feedback sessions beyond this either with your child or subsequent feedback sessions with the patient or parent are billed at the $300 hourly rate.
Patients are required to have a card on file prior to their 50-minute intake/consultation ($250 for therapy; $300 for evaluations). The card is charged at the time of the scheduled appointment. The card is charged weekly for therapy. For evaluations, the remaining balance is due at the time of testing and parents/patients typically pay by cash or check. You can also use the pre-tax dollars in your Health Savings or Flexible Spending Account (HSA/FSA). Starting Sept. 2025, we also offer lower cost options with our post-doctoral fellow and if parents want to discuss other options, we are happy to do so. Just ask.
